From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The apartment also has its own entrance and free private parking.

The centre of Kaprun is within walking distance, so you can easily enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and activities the village has to offer. Whether you're looking for relaxation, nature, or adventure, everything is within easy reach.

In winter, the ski bus stops practically at the door and takes you to Kaprun's ski lifts within minutes. This makes the apartment a perfect choice for a wonderful winter sports holiday.

In summer, we rent out the apartment including the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. This gives you free access to many attractions and outings in the region, such as the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Kaprun reservoirs, and various swimming pools and nature attractions. You can also use the mountain lifts in Zell am See-Kaprun free of charge and travel free on public transport across Salzburg.
